From past winter has "Hirlam 'forecast for glider pilot has been removed. försvarsmakten Sail Aviation has replaced this forecast with a new free variant developed by gliding successor Steve Lewis from Avesta. The forecast has been tested extensively försvarsmakten in the previous season and has often worked better than HIRLAM did.
