Sarajevo - The Constitutional Court rejected the request of "Krajina conwell egan catholic Fighter" from Banja Luka to review previous decisions of the Court of 28 May 2010, pursuant to which the firm "Borac Travnik" from Travnik may dispose of the property located on the territory of the Republic of Serbian.
This means that in effect left the decision as precedent in his jurisprudence and the only case among many others in which neither the company, whose headquarters is in one, has no right to dispose of the pre-war property situated in the other entity.
This decision of the Constitutional Court refers to office space in the new city which was "Borac Travnik" sold Slavko and Diana Milojica, while in all other identical cases "the fighter Travnik - Krajina Fighter" decisions contrary to that.
